Where to use MPSA06
The MPSA06 is a general purpose NPN transistor that is commonly used in Amplifier applications. The Transistor can switching voltages up to 80V with a current value of less than 500mA, making it suitable for lower power switching applications. It also has a gain value of 100 and is most commonly used in Audio Amplifier circuits.
This NPN transistor also has its counterpart PNP transistor the MPSA56, which makes it ideal for Push-pull and class B amplifier designs. Apart from this the transistor can also be used for switching low power devices.
Applications
- General purpose switching
 - Class B amplifiers
 - Pre-amplifier circuits
 - Push-Pull configuration circuits
